The Environmental Fluid Dynamics Research Group of the University of Granada is an interdisciplinary group whose expertise comprises a wide range of fields, from fundamental knowledge of the environment to state-of-the-art management of natural systems in a changing world.
Our research lines comprise:
- Integrated management of ports and coasts and risk analysis in engineering.
- Hydro- and morphodynamics of coastal and fluvial environments, including rivers, beaches, deltas and estuaries
- Interaction between nature and human infrastructures
- Theoretical, numerical and experimental analysis of fluvial, marine and coastal structures
