Manuel Díez-Minguito is Associate Professor in Estuarine Morphodynamics with experience in collecting and analysing data, and modelling marine environments. Manuel is member of the Andalusian Institute for Earth System Research of the University of Granada (Spain). His present research interest is the circulation and transport processes in estuarine and shelf environments, in particular, the tide-river-sediment interactions, wind-, density-, and tidally-induced exchange processes in semi-enclosed basins, and coastal shelf and submarine canyon hydrodynamic processes.
